We did not ask the permit of fraternities or group homes. We asked Castle Hills for only increase the number of seminarians. <br />Hi Dianrez, Seminary is a place where men are studying to become priests or brothers. This group of deaf Catholic priests lived in the All Saints Church right here in Hayward, my current hometown, for years. There weren't any problems at all.
